During my days in the Balto I had seen many successful legislative efforts to cut down on billboards etc that romanticized alcohol with the pretty girl and all, but when push comes to shove, abject poverty has a "mind of it's own" on this issue. So, short of "Prohibition", will remain what it is, not a pretty thing taking into consideration "what poverty represents to the poor....hopelessness"....PoP'
